WELCOME to JW GERTH for 2019-2020

We begin school at 9:10 am and end at 3:30 pm

If you are registering your child, please bring proof of birth (birth certificate, passport) and proof of your home address (utility bill, home purchase/lease papers, etc).

If you are coming in to register on Tuesday, Sept 3, your child will not start school until Wed. Sept 4.  We strongly suggest you register the week before school starts, please call first to make an appointment,  519-896-4159.

We are not permitted to post class lists due to privacy regulations. Chairs with class signs will be placed on the tarmac indicating where students should line up.  Staff will be available to assist your child in locating their class.

For returning students, you can look up your child’s class code using School-Day after Aug 30^th  when School-Day reopens to Parents/Guardians. Please be patient as the system could experience heavy usage during peak times of the day.

Please log into your School-Day account at www.school-day.com and click “Schools and Groups” on the left hand side menu- then click “Your classes”.  This will show all the classes and groups your child is linked to within our school. Once you have determined the homeroom, you can find the name of the homeroom teacher using the following list:
