Dear Parent/Guardian:

Each year we set a fundraising goal to assist our school in funding a number of programs and events. We endeavour to fundraise throughout the year to meet these goals in order to enrich the educational and extra-curricular experience of our students.

But this year is like no other we have ever experienced. We ask you to please support our school. We are not permitted to ‘sell’ any fundraising items, but the need for funds for our school still exists. Our hot lunch program which generated funds has also been cancelled. Many parents have asked us, ‘how can we help?’

Our intention is to provide materials that promote Math and Language skills. At JWG, our fundraising campaigns have supported technology and home-reading. As a result of years of successful fundraising, we have built up a strong home reading program that is bolstered with online supports, and we have been able to purchase enough technology that we are 1 device for every student! Our students are using these materials in every grade.

Your contribution will support enhancements to the core curriculum at JW Gerth Public School.

We are hoping for a donation of $30 per child or $75 per family.

You will receive a charitable tax receipt for your donation.
