New Student, including Full Day Kindergarten students registration will begin on February 1, 2017. Currently Groh parents are NOT able to register for school using the Online Registration Form as Groh is not available in the drop down list of schools….BUT it’s coming…. We will let you know when the Online form is available (by the latest of February 1) for parents to complete.

If parents complete the Online Registration form, you don’t need to complete the paper form.  Everything can be completed electronically. If you do not have access to a computer, then you will need to complete a paper form which you can print from the board’s webpage at wrdsb.ca/registration

Once you have completed the online registration after February 1, 2017, a secretary from the board will contact parents to set up an appointment to complete the registration process and also to meet with the new principal of Groh P.S. We will be booking appointments to meet with parents during the month of February. On February 7, we will be available for appointments at JW Gerth PS (8:30 a.m.-11:45 a.m.) and Brigadoon PS (12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.).

Students who currently attend JW Gerth, Brigadoon or Pioneer Park, who are effected by the movement of boundries, do NOT have to complete new registrations for Groh PS – these schools will automatically register your student for Groh PS and transfer his/her record (Ontario School Record) accordingly.

If your student is currently attending a Waterloo Region District School Board school other than JW Gerth, Brigadoon or Pioneer Park, you will have to complete the the registration forms available or contact your current school to update your information and request a transfer.
