The JW Gerth Spring concerts will take place on Wednesday May 4 at 12:00 and 6:30 pm in the school gymnasium. The school doors will open at 11:45 am and 6:00 pm to allow for seating to take place. Participants will be allowed entry first, and then the doors will open for the audience.  Your child will be involved in one or more of the following groups participating in the concerts:

Kindergarten Choir (afternoon concert only), Grade ½ Choir, Grade ¾ Choir, Bucket Drumming Club, Gr. 4 Ukulele club and Gr. 2, Gr. 3 and Gr. 4 Dance Clubs

We have a very large number of performers and our seating capacity in the gym is limited, therefore two tickets per family will be issued. These will be sent home with the oldest or only student who is performing in the concert. You may choose to use both of these tickets for the afternoon or evening performances (or one at each). Please indicate below on the tear-off and send the form back to your child’s classroom teacher by Friday April 8. Tickets will be sent home a few weeks after that date.

Once all orders have been filled, we will post on our JWG website if there are additional tickets to be ordered, on a first come, first serve basis.  Stay tuned and watch our website for any updates.
