We need your help to ensure the safety of all of our students.  Whenever your child is going to be away, it is essential and critical that you call our attendance line number.  519-570-8091   Extension 3857.  This line is open 24/7.  Please put it into your cell phones for easy access.   With 720 students, we have a huge number of absences each day.  If you do not call in, then our secretary has to phone each and every one of you to ensure that you are aware that your child is not at school.  This job is so big that most days it takes her up to an hour to finish this job.  Since we are dealing with safety of children through this program, we would like it to be quick.  The job would be fast and efficient if Mrs. Rohr didn’t have to call so many parents because there is no message.  So, if you could please help us to ensure the safety of your children, by always making that call when your child is absent, that will certainly speed things up.  If you have any questions, give Susan Schaffner a call at 519-896-4159.  As always, we appreciate your help with this concern.
