As you are all aware, JWG has grown a great deal this year, but our safe, legal seating capacity in our gym has not.

As a result, we will be distributing 2 tickets per family for the evening concert.  This means that only 2 people per family will be able to attend the Christmas Concert this year.

Your 2 tickets will be sent home in an envelope with the oldest or only ‘performer’ in your family on Monday, December 9.  Please ask your child for them when they get home that day and keep them safe as we will have no replacements for lost tickets.

Also we want everyone to know that no strollers, food or drink are permitted in our gym, for obvious reasons.  Videotaping also can cause some problems as people block others from seeing their children’s performances, so if you plan to take photos or videotape, you will need to do that from your seat.  Also a reminder that any videotaping would be for personal use only and not posted on the internet.

We are very pleased and proud to be offering this Christmas concert to highlight the many talents and hard work of our children and staff and apologize, in advance, for any inconvenience it may cause our families.

We do look forward to the children’s performances and to seeing our families on December 12 at 6:30 pm.
