Dear Parents/Guardians, 

The Waterloo Region District School Board is pleased to confirm that your child’s school will be offering the Before and After school program for Junior Kindergarten to Grade Six students during the 2020-2021 school year operated by YMCA Child Care.

Students in JK-Grade 6  Community Operated Before and After School Program

Families can apply through the licensed child care website at; https://regionofwaterloo.onehsn.com/

Once you apply the provider will contact you and provide you with the necessary forms to complete your registration. All required forms must be submitted by August 21, 2020, to ensure your child[ren] can begin in the program on the first day of school. Registrations require two weeks’ notice before your child[ren] can start in the program.

Child Care subsidy is available through the Region of Waterloo for families who qualify. Please contact the Region of Waterloo at 519-575-4400 for additional information.
